These terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by RadioNPT unless otherwise stated at the time of entry.
The promoter is RadioNPT, an unincorporated community radio group operating in Neath Port Talbot.
Competitions are open to UK residents unless stated otherwise. Employees, presenters, volunteers of RadioNPT, and their immediate family members may be excluded from entering.
Details of how to enter, the opening and closing times, and any specific requirements will be announced on air, on the RadioNPT website, or on official RadioNPT social media channels. Entries received after the stated closing time will not be considered.
Unless stated otherwise, only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
Prizes will be described at the time of the competition. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. RadioNPT reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
Winners will be selected fairly, either at random or based on criteria stated at the time of the competition. The decision of RadioNPT is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners may be notified by email, phone, message, or on-air announcement. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable period of time, RadioNPT reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Where a prize is a physical item, winners may be required to provide a postal address. This information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the prize and will be deleted once delivery has been completed.
Personal data provided during a competition will be used only to administer the competition, contact winners, and deliver prizes. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the RadioNPT Privacy Policy.
Winners may be asked to allow their first name and/or a mention on air or online for promotional purposes. Participation in publicity is optional and refusal will not affect eligibility to win.
RadioNPT accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.
RadioNPT reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel a competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
